Fun With Suppositories
Nov. 5th, 2004 09:33 pmYou never know what you'll find when you rummage around in other's peeps stuff. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it can be down right scary. For instance as I was putting out some purses for the yard sale. Just to be safe, I checked to make sure nothing personal or valuable was left inside them. I found a little coin purse and felt a small lump inside, I opened it up and what I thought was a flesh-toned jelly bean fell out into my hand. On closer inspection, I realized it was a hearing aid. I don't know why, but thought of icky ear-wax residue flashed through my head, and the jelly bean became air borne as I got all heebie-jeebied. "Somebody's ear wax touched meeeeee!". Yes, the hearing aid gave me trauma. I think I still may be scarred.
Then later when
angstchic and I were working together. I happened upon a glass container filled with potpourri, I spied something silver and shiny admist the dried flora. I opened up the lid and fished it out. Lo and behold. Preparation H suppository, foil-sealed for your protection, and the protection of potpourri everywhere. I got the giggles. I snorted. It isn't everyday you discover someone's emergency suppository stash. Hee. In a flash back to
__tiana__'s Five Servings A Day, I held the suppository way up in the air, and marched dramatically back and forth in front of
angstchic, and had a parade in it's honor. Yes, we are rabid dorks, but that is what makes life fun. :P
Then later when
