My books came in! I ordered The Making of Pride and Prejudice, and Book 1 Fitzwilliam Darcy Gentleman - An Assembly Such As This from Amazon with a lovely gift certificate sent to me by rikki_oko. *smooch* Thanks again girl! I lurve my books. Squeeee! *has P&P fangirl moment*

Um, I LOVE Mr. Darcy. I think I told you this before, but I am such a Colin Firth/Mr. Darcy fangirl. SQUEEE! Firth IS Darcy, as far as I'm concerned.

I think your gifts just cost me money. Hee. I went to Amazon to look up 'Assembly Such as This' and got all excited. I'm going to the bookstore tomorrow anyway...and um, looks like I may be coming home with a books that were not on my list until just now! This series sounds fascinating - and the best part - it's fanfic! It's Jane Austen fanfic and that just kicks ass.

Anyhoo, glad you got your books and I'm hoping there are many bonus pictures of Mr. Darcy in his wet shirt in your Making Of... book. :)

It's Jane Austen fanfic and that just kicks ass.
Girl, you are gonna laugh, but Pride & Prejudice is how I discovered fan fic. I loved the movie and book so much, I did a search on the net...and viola' FAN FIC! I was so excited, because I finally got to get insight into what the characters were thinking in all those Elizabeth/Darcy scenes. That was how it all started, then I discovered the Spuffy fic. Hee!

I went to Amazon to look up 'Assembly Such as This' and got all excited.
I chose that one, because it had the best reviews...and I couldn't wait to find out what Darcy was thinking during all those scenes with Lizzy. Hee! Once we both read it we can have Darcy-fest! :D

Oh, there are lots of cool pics in the "Making" book, and tons of behind the scenes tidbits. :D I'm so glad I got it! Squee!
