I have a nagging headache that refuses to go away. I don't know what is causing it, but so far Advil is just not cutting it. I just have to grin and bear it for another 3 or so hours, then I can go home and pamper myself. *kicks work*

Could it be allergies? Like eurydice72, I'm suffering from a summer cold. Have you tried compresses? Hot or cold, whichever works best. That's the advice I give them. Heat will open up the blood vessels, and cold will shrink them.

I think it was a tension headache since it seemed to be originating from my neck. Luckily my allergies seem to under control for the moment. A soak in a hot tub, once I got home, relaxed me and helped alot.

I did get comfy with my baby doggies in the bed, and they didn't bounce around too much. I did have to quell their normal urge to bark though. :)
