I figured out something last night while cooking dinner. There really is a good reason that blenders have lids. Don't ever think that you can puree a can of Rotel without putting a lid on the blender, because it results in a scene that resembles something from a gory horror movie. Thats right, red chunky salsa-type stuff all over me and the kitchen. Wheeee! The only *smart* thing I did was wear my glasses, so I had a measure of eye protection going on. Stupid dishwasher for melting the lid anyway!
Other than that dinner went pretty well. I made taco salad and cheese dip with *slightly* less Rotel than usual. Hee.

Hee! Yeah, I didn't exactly feel like Einstein after that, but I did giggle alot while I cleaned up Rotel. :)

Well, when it first happened, I was like "that's just great!" but then it struck me as funny.

It looked so innocent! The Rotel only filled up a couple of inches of the blender at best, and I figured it would never make it to the top. WRONG! Me and my kitchen ended up looking like scene out of Freddie vs. Jason. It was a classic uber-dork moment. ;)
