the frilly heck is up with LJ? When I try to comment, it keeps making double or triple posts. Plus, I'm still not getting all my comment alerts through Yahoo. I don't know if I should blame Yahoo or LJ for that little wrinkle. *kicks them both anyway*

I took my whiney self to the doctor today, and thankfully everything went smoothly. I asked her about my recurring sinus infections, and she said it may be allergies. Apparently, all the rain we've had lately has made the mold count go through the roof. She gave me some Zyrtek and told me to try taking it as soon as I started getting a scratchy throat. She said that if I continue to have problems, that I may need to get tested for allergies. Here's to hoping that it won't get to that point.

I tried to be all brave and watch them take a blood sample, and it was so freaky! Usually, I just turn my head...so that I don't know when the needle is going to go in...but today I decided to watch. It took her a second to find the vein with the needle, and she moved it around while it was stuck in my arm! Ew. I told the tech that that was the first and last time I would watch. Now my poor little arm is all sore and bruised. Ow.

I still haven't gone to work, but I have got to go tomorrow. I cringe at the thought of the amount of work that is probably waiting to assault me. Wah.

LJ is acting all funky on me too. Glad everything is ok, but ewww...you made me squeamish with your needle story. (I have this needle paranoia..yet I have 4 tattoos, go figure)

I hate needles too. I don't know what possessed me to watch. It freaked me out. All I could think was "Yuck! My poor arm!"

I've had the same problem all day! I posted this really long post, and then LJ ate it! I was sooooo grrrrr! I'm glad the doctor thang went well, and I hope the Zyrtek helps. I like it, although it makes me sleepy and thirsty.

Remember...If the needle can't see you...you can't see it. Bwhahaa!

I hope the Zyrtek helps too. I've noticed it has made me a little thirsty, and drowsy enough to warrant a nap.

I will never look at the needle again! Eeep! :/

Dunno what's up with LJ, but it's eating my email comments as well. It's come close to eating my comments a couple times, but then it spit them back out.

Yep, heard that it's a terrible year for allergies. Anyhow, hoping that the Zyrtek takes effect and for you to enjoy the summer weather. I'm on hiatus as I'm in Asia until mid August. Also, the needle thing...I'm right there with you. I had to get a ton before I leave. *cringe* Take care!
