A Little Piece of Heaven...
Mar. 8th, 2004 03:29 pmMmmmm. Cadbury Creme Eggs. *Mwah*
I had puppy duty this morning, and took Hannah for her first vet visit. She was so playful and excited until shot time...that sucked the wind right out of her little sails. The poor baby, I had to cuddle her to get her back into a good humor. It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it. ;)
I got a chance to work in a quick chat with
angstchic at lunch, which is never a long enough time to talk for us. Then I ran my errands, and did my shopping. I bought myself a new ultra fluffy pillow. I'm a staunchly opposed to flattened pillows, so new pillows always make me happy. Pillows are so important to my sleep, that I have to take my pillow with me if I stay at a hotel. I may forget my toothbrush, but not my pillow!
I also finally got the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon DVD. I'm probably one of a few that has never seen it, so I guess the Hubby and I will watch it tonite.
I was also lucky enough to get in a nice long phone call with
amoonchilde last nite. We were up to our elbows in RotK lurve. Lurve you chicka! *hugs* Today I picked up another phone card with more than 20 hours of talk time, so we can chat lots! Gotta love how much $$ I save using those things, instead of charging the Long Distance to my phone!

Date: 2004-03-17 04:19 pm (UTC)As for pillows... Have you seen the Mogu(tm) pillows at Brookstone? Oh god - it's the best pillow I've ever had. I, literally, brought it everywhere with me the first week or two I had it ('cept for class... Don't think the professors would've appreciated that). It's mad expensive, 'cause it's from Brookstone, but it's heaven for my head. There's some kinda of lycra/spandex mix for the cover, and it's filled to the brim with itty bitty styrofoam balls, so it comforms to your head and everything...
I'm just alittle obsessed with this pillow, can you tell? ;) I just couldn't help but spread the pillow love...
