Lazy Day...

After a flurry of activity which involved me installing a phone jack in the living room for the new notebook, I spent the afternoon watching DVD's, and tweaking my computer. I also indulged in a 2 1/2 hour nap which was really nice. Now I'm busy installing software, and reading my owner's manual while cooking dinner.

Poor angstchic wasn't well enough to get together to exchange gifts today, but hopefully she will be by tomorrow.

It looks like everyone is trying to recuperate from the holiday fun today. I hope everyone has a nice relaxing weekend.

*hugs you back* Thanks girl! Thrilled is an understatement. I'm beside myself with joy. Lol! Not only am I glad to be finally feeling human again, I've got a cool new toy. Squee!

Glad you are feeling better - the creeping crud is attacking everyone.

And aren't laptops great! Stud set mine up with a wireless LAN so I can surf the net from anywhere.

I am feeling back to normal again thank goodness. How is your pneumonia? I hope it is on the retreat.

Yes, the notebook is quite fun. I'm in bed with it right now. I've got the fluffy dogs...all I need is a box of bon bons, and a pink turban. Wireless internet, that is too cool! Lucky gal! I still have the standard phone line, but hey...I can't complain. The portablity is so neat. :)

Sickness is still here but getting better. Glad you got the dogs to keep you warm - my two won't stay still long enough.

And wireless is great, even better when they stick a satellite on the roof of the house and away we go.

Sorry that you are still sick. I hope the holiday goings on didn't take too much out of you. I'm glad that you are getting better. Take it easy, and you could use duct tape on your cats to help them stay put for heating pads. ;)
