I've been working on getting ready for

writercon. Yesterday was last minute shopping errands with

angstchic. Today I've washed, vacuumed, and Armour-alled my SUV (since I'm driving), I've painted my toenails, and packed most of my clothes. As I've scanned my f-list I've seen other's preparing for the trip as well, upper lips/toes/eyebrows being waxed, plucked and otherwise abused. Legs being shaved, armpits/panties being scrutinized, manicures/pedicures being feverishly performed. We ought to be a smooth, shiny, nicely-pantied, well-exfoliated bunch! Hee :D

I'll be hit and miss on LJ, of course, during

writercon....but will likely be the same way for at least the next few weeks afterwards. Hopefully, after that, I'll be able to properly catch up replying to comments, and get back into the routine of attempting to read my flist from time to time. :)
