Good Times, Good Times...

Today didn't suck. Mostly because I only worked half a day, and won a lovely award at treepretty. See the pretty banner made for me by queenmaab:



I think the humid day really brought on my bad moodiness the other day. With it being fall, I want it to feel that way outside, ya know?

I've also declared personal war on fire ants around the yard. I despise the stupid buggers (no pun intended). They are evil and stingy, and they once hurt one of my baby dogs. After all the rain we've had, I've seen their earth mounds popping up here and there. I discovered via internet research that hot, soapy water will kill them very nicely. I've been traipsing all over my yard with yon bucket; drenching every place that even looks suspicious. Die!ants!die! Mwahahaha! Plus, hey! pretty bubbles! Meanwhile, the hubby has wondered what happened to all the dish liquid, and hand soap. Hee.

I also bought a new puzzle game for the computer today, and I plan on diddling around with it momentarily. Will it steal the addiction throne from Scrabble? Who knows.
