Yay!

Contratulations to LotR: Return of the King for a record tying 11 Oscar sweep! Totally deserved. I for one, am excited that a good, clean, PG13 movie...with no nudity & no foul language won so many awards.

*sigh*

My poor In-laws had to put their 15 year old Schnauzer to sleep this morning. They are so upset. She'd lost alot of weight over the last week, and they'd taken her to the vet for xrays this morning. She had masses of tumors around her internal organs, and the vet said putting her to sleep was the best thing to do. Even though they know it's the best thing, it is still so hard to let go.
I imagine that they will eventually get another puppy since they still have a younger Schnauzer, and he'll be lonely now.
