Open fire, minus chestnuts....

Fire + twinkling Christmas lights + me in my jammies = very relaxed mood. Which is really nice considering that this morning I was battling PMS and wanting to smack random people.

Hubby was extra nice and brought in several pieces of firewood for me, because he knows how much I love to have a fire when its cold. I always like it when he does little things like that for me, without me having to ask...knowing that he thinks of me makes life sweeter in general.

I'm really looking forward to the holidays this year, because for the first time I can afford to take the entire week between Christmas and New Year off to just relax, and I am ready for it. I also hope that somewhere in there we will get snow, because that would just cinch it for me.
