1. my hubby, family & friends

1. People driving like other people's lives don't matter.
2. When the courts give visitation and/or custody rights to unfit/dangerous/abusive parents after a divorce just because they're the children's biological parents.
3. People who refuse to believe that others have grown and/or improved with therapy and/or medication.
4. Lack of medical coverage for the self-employed, the high costs of the coverage that is at all decent, and the cost of prescription medications.
5. People who militantly take up a cause based on propaganda received from the people behind the cause without first researching the facts on all sides of the issue, even to the extent of being rude to family and friends.
6. Internet harassment, hackers, and malware.
7. Abuse of any sort--especially emotional because it doesn't show on the outside and, because there is no immediate threat to the victim's life, there is no shelter currently available in the U.S.

1. snuggling with my cat, my parents' dog, or guinea pigs (even though I'm allergic to them and can't keep them as pets, darn it!)
2. my Ypsi/Arbor/Detroit friends
3. making computer/e-mail graphics (it's a hobby)
4. quality entertainment (TV, movies, music, fanfiction)
5. the online friends/group members who have stood by me through it all
6. wonderful things happening to good people
7. children laughing or singing

Thanks muchly for the heads up on your fic post, but I don't read slash fics. About the only BtVS fic that I ever read is Spuffy related. They truly are my OTP! :D

And...one thing that makes me happy...Your icons! I think I might steal some of your 'Spike' icons to celebrate my late arrival to the BtVS fandom (I promise I will credit!)
