Busy Week Ahead
Nov. 3rd, 2004 04:31 pmThe next few days are going to be very busy in my little corner of the world. I've got a huge yard sale to prepare for, and I'll be spending the next couple of days unpacking and pricing lots, and lots, and LOTS of stuff. It's a stuff-a-palooza.
angstchic and I are hoping that everything goes smoothly, and that we sell much of it.
Tonight I'm afraid I'm going to be cooking eggrolls again. The darn things are completely addictive. The hubby is addicted too. We might turn into a couple of eggrolls before this is all over with. Hee.
It looks like a Zyrtec kind of night. All this damp weather has apparently aggravated (yet again) my allergies. Scratchy throat must be nipped in the bud. I don't have the time to get puny. Maybe next weekend.

Date: 2004-11-03 02:57 pm (UTC)Do you make enough to freeze them? I've found if I drain the veggies well (I blanch them first) before I toss them in with the meat and sauce. Then I can wrap them and they won't be soggy for freezing.

I haven't tried freezing any yet. How do you do it? Freeze before or after deep frying? Also, what do you put in yours?
My ingredients:
thin sliced pork cooked in olive oil & garlic powder
bean sprouts
sliced water chestnuts
bamboo shoots
soy sauce, and salt to taste
