Random Stuff...
Oct. 8th, 2004 06:24 pmLessee. Yesterday I went gung-ho domestic goddess. *clears throat, and presents list*
weeded flowerbeds
planted pansies
treated baby dog's yard with insecticide
stripped beds
finished washing & folding all my laundry
vaccumed & dusted
bathed & groomed the baby dogs (who have since learned when I start cleaning...to get nervous)
washed all throw rugs, baby dog bed & toys
cooked dinner
I did all that, had time for a 3 hour nap and watched a Stephen King mini-series!! I'd say that is a v. productive day.
I watched Stephen King's The Stand yesterday, and it confirmed one thing for certain. Mullets are evil. Randall Flagg (aka Satan) sporting the goofiest mullet since Billy Ray Cyrus. "Hi, I'm evil...like my mullet?" *snort* No wonder Trashcan man brought home a nuke.
Today I had more time to relax. I had errands to run, but they didn't take long. I shortly plan on cooking dinner, and watching the Presidential debate. Here's to hoping that President Bush does better this round.
It looks like finishing up the outbuilding with
angstchic tomorrow is going to be a wash due to rainy weather. Not that I'm complaining...we so need the rain. Hopefully, next weekend will be more cooperative weather-wise to finish up our project.
I hope that everyone else is having a nice weekend! *hugs flist*
