angstchic for the pizza, the constant fun, and the shoulder that is always there for me to cry on. :) Also, a big hug and thanks to amoonchilde. I lurve both of you girls!
I also want to thank everyone again for all the kind words, and support that you showed me when I was hurting. It meant alot, and helped more than you know. *hugs*
I thought the episode was great, and I thought it was very well written, and acted. I'm so excited that Spike is finally free of the whole ghost gig. I'm expecting big things now that he is back in the world.
I was also extremely glad that Spike finally broke things down for Angel. I have to admit, I was pretty tired of Angel's constant put downs of Spike. Now, it has been laid out there. William even as a vampire was more moral than Angelus had been even when he was still human. Spike the vampire, had more humanity and goodness in his little finger than Angelus had in his whole unlife. Then to top all of these revelations off, Spike won. He beat Angel in a fair fight, and that has made Angel stop and think. I'm hoping that this bit of humble pie will put an end to all the Spike bashing that Angel has been throwing out. I am hoping that Spike will gain the much deserved respect that I've been waiting for.
Eve is still just not filling the shoes of the character, as I keep hoping she will. She seems too young for the role, and her lines strike me as stilted, and unnatural.
SQUEEE! on Lindsey being back!!! Woo Hoo! Evil hand! Hee. This is going to be soooo freaking good!
Looking forward to the next tidbit ME throws our way. Too bad we have to wait until after Thanksgiving! Waaa!

Date: 2003-11-21 09:01 am (UTC)I loved Destiny, and I haven't felt so giddy about an episode in a long time. I can't wait to watch it again, probably tonight. The part that made my night was the discussion about the "souls". I've been wanting that for so long and I was thrilled.
