Whatta Weekend!

I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off this weekend. I did all my domestic duties, and grocery shopping Friday, then spent all day Saturday working at angstchic's grandmother's house. We finished the entire house! Every single thing has been all packed up and ready to be moved to storage. Yay! We still have the outbuilding to go through, but I'm sure we can get that knocked out in one day of hard work. It looks like we are going to have a yard sale to defy all yard sales! It's amazing how much there is to sell.

Today was a gorgeous early fall day! I thought about going and shopping for pansies, after church today, but decided that I'd accomplished quite enough this weekend....so I took a big, fat, nap instead. Wise decision that. :P

I also made an entire batch of patriotic, and pro-Bush icons. I think I need to veg now, and rest my brain, since tomorrow is Monday. Bleck! :)

Omygosh! It was so much work. This was a 2 bedroom house, but what took so long was all the glassware. We had to wrap everybit of it in newspaper. So yeah, we were all about the patting of our backs. :P I can imagine how much work packing a whole house by yourself was! *is in awe* :)
